Job Description:
The Regional Manager will be heavily operations focused and responsible for the day-to-day running of the company.
The individual will be Responsible for all aspects of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Financial.
The position is fully responsible for managing the P&L, budgets and overall delivery of contracts.
Under broad direction, will lead the regional service line management team in the development of strategies and achievement of goals and objectives.
Requirements
Candidates with engineering background will have better strategic advantages.
The sought-for candidate MUST also come from an oil & gas industry with solid experience of operations and business development.
Knowledge of income statements and basic management principles required.
Attributes considered essential are drive, passion, approachability, a strong process orientated approach.
Building effective infrastructure and inspiring multiple high performance teams are also essential.
Strategic planning is of the utmost importance but this role will also need a strong manager of people to action that strategy.
Candidate should not be less than 35 years of age.
