Lagos Based Market research organisation recruiting in 5 Positions

JOB OPPORTUNITY
Due to recent restructuring aimed at enhanced operational efficiency and planned expansion of its business, our client, a leading Market Research agency located in Lagos require the services of competent professionals to occupy the following positions:
1.    Research Director                        Ref: RD1210
•    Candidate should have University education preferably a Masters (or equivalent) in the Social or mathematical sciences or any other discipline with high numerate content or appropriate post degree qualifications.
•    Candidate will preferably be expected to have at least 10 years experience, half of which should be in a senior position in a quantitative market research position.
•    Proven ability and experience of managing large scale projects of ad-hoc or tracking nature for major multinationals will be required

•    Proven ability to work efficiently, effectively and cordially with field data processing and other internal units of the agency and clients will be crucial
•    Experience at both agency and clients will be added advantage
•    Ability to work under pressure and ensure submission of project deliverables within agreed deadline will be crucial
2.    Operation Director                        Ref: OD1210
•    Candidate should have a good University degree preferably a higher degree or equivalent in Operations research, Social science or any other relevant discipline with high project management content
•    Candidate will preferably be expected to have at least 7 years cognate experience, half of which should be in a senior position in fieldwork, data processing, data analysis or research executive position.
•    Proven ability and experience of managing large scale projects of ad-hoc or tracking nature for major multinationals will be required
•    Proven ability to work efficiently, effectively and cordially with other internal units of the agency and clients will be crucial
•    Proven ability to work with clients directly will also be required
•    Ability to work under pressure and ensure submission of project deliverables within agreed deadline will be crucial
3.    Group Head-Statistical Analysis & Data Management     Ref: GS1210
•    Candidate should possess a good University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics or a discipline with high numerate and computer application content.
•    Required minimum cognate experience is 5 years, part of which must be at middle/senior management level in a market research agency or similar organization where deadlines are often tight and expectations of deliverables quality is very high
•    Proficiency in market research related soft ware like QPSMR, Quantum, SPSS(advanced statistics), STATA, STATS Minitab, etc will be of crucial importance
•    Experience at both agency and clients will be added advantage

4.    Group Heads-Research Management and Execution        Ref: GR1210
•    Candidates will preferably be expected to have up to 5 years experience in a research agency or other relevant organization
•    Candidates are expected to have rich experience in quantitative ad-hoc and tracking studies
•    Candidate shall possess a good university degree or equivalent in Social science, mass communication or related discipline
5.    Business Development Manager                Ref: BM1210
•    Candidate shall possess a good university degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social science, or any other related discipline
•    A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in similar function part of which must be at middle or senior management level in the service industry preferably in a market research, management consultancy, advertising or media independence agency
•    Experience of work with both local and foreign based clients will be added advantage.
