Our client is a large building material manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art plant located in the south-south part of Nigeria; the company is currently executing an improvement project in one of its areas of operation. In orderto achieve its goal and sustain it, it is seeking to fill the following position:

JOB TITLE: QUANTITY SURVEYOR {Ref 4. QS}
JOB PURPOSE/ SPECIFICATION:

• Manages and minimizes all costs relating to the new crusher project


• Evaluates cost estimates in volume of concrete and other construction materials

• Prepares and analyses costing for tenders III Builds cost control in the project

• Arbitrates in project

• Actualizes cost estimates and cost control in all projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Education, Qualification and Experience/Skills

• Must have B.Eng or HND in Quantity Surveying

• Minimum of 10 years working experience

• M-Excel and Primevera

• Creative and innovate approach to problem solving. excellent
