JOB TITLE: HEADMASTER – TRAINING CENTER {Ref 5. HTC}
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
• Guides the operations of training center and supervises its administration II Functions as full time Mechanical Instructor
• Develops fully trained and sensitized professionals after passing them through 3 years intensive training in the fields of mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Imparts skills and knowledge by giving apprentices a full academic and vocational background for future development
• Administers and maintains the training center consisting of mechanical and electrical workshops, classrooms, offices and correspondent infrastructure
• Ensures the provision of tools, materials and maintenance of the installations (estimated value of 600,000 USD)
REQUIREMENTS:
Education, Qualification and Experience/Skills
• First degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Utility Engineering II Mechanical manufacturing skills
• Mechanical maintenance skills
• Certified Instructor/ Trained Trainer
•Tool machine, tool handling and fitting skills
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience
• Administrative skills
