Our client is in the business of manufacturing and the printing of security documents in Nigeria. As a result of recent strategic reorganisation and renewal initiatives, the company is desirous of filling newly created vacancies at executive levels with the objective of imbibing the company with the right level of executive capacity required to achieve its corporate and strategic objectives.
In view of this need, our client requires highly qualified, motivated, ambitious and experienced individuals to further support her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self motivated and result-
Oriented individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.

The following position is therefore advertised for both internal and external candidates:
Executive Director Corporate Services (NXT/PRJM-ED I)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic supervision of a broad range of corporate services comprising Human Resources, Training & Technical development; Logistics/Admin/Supply Chain, Medical Services and ProtocoL The candidate will be a key member of the executive management team playing a leading role in the coordination and communication of business activities. act as a catalyst for change and will have specific accountability for ensuring the development of sound business support structures which will enable the company achieve its corporate and strategic objectives.
Skills and Competencies
• A good degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communications, Humanities andior other Social Sciences from a reputable institution
• A post graduate degree in related field is an added advantage
• Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management or other relevant professional bodies
• Well established organisational and management experience of notless than 15 years, 5 of which must have been at senior execvtive level
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving ability
• Excellent Communication, negotiation. interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to persuade and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Success in the delivery of operational efficiencies resulting in the improvements to service delivery
Additional Attributes:
• Demonstrable leadership skills
• Ability to present complex statistical data and analyse information, both verbal and written, in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organizational and time managementskills, including the ability to manage a complex workload
• Proven track record of delivering results In an organisation of comparable size, scope and compleXity
• Must be honest and trustworthy; possess courage to lead as well as discipline and objectivity
• Able to be accountable and take responsibility
• Self motivated, robust, results oriented, principled and of high integrity
• Confident and capable ofleadlng and developing a team of experienced professionals
• A flexible and committed approach to work and commitment to own professional development.
• Aged between 40-55 years
