A GLOBAL - Our Client is looking for a Senior Exploration Geologist that will help with Uranium exploration in West Africa. The candidate must be passionate about geology and finding new deposits and spending time in the field.

Senior Exploration Geologist (Exploration / Uranium / Drilling) – West Africa

Responsibilities:

• Manage exploration activities
• Discovery of satellite orebodies of Uranium deposits in the area.
• Ownership of the company’s geological models throughout the region
• Identification of opportunities through a deep knowledge of Uranium projects, deposits and operations and ongoing mineral intelligence.
• Ensuring best practice procedures and operations are in place and maintained through the exploration function.
• Budgeting and reporting of all exploration duties.
• Maintaining relationships with contractors and JV partners.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• French speaking, with good English too
• 15 to 25 years’ experience in Exploration Geology.
• Exploration experience of Uranium.
• Willing to work in tough and demanding environment.
