SALT MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN LAGOS IS RECRUITING
A reputable salt manufacturing company based in Lagos seeks the services of diligent and qualified personnel in the following positions:-

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)
Responsibilities:
·         To obtain and maintain an efficient workforce
·         To coordinate human relations and human capital development
·         To keep efficient and accurate records of personnel
·         To develop effective personnel policies, welfare programmes etc
·         To liaise with the workers union on demands and maintain cordial industrial relations
·         Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft words, excel and power point
Qualifications:
·         B.Sc. degree in Business Administration and management with 5 years working experience in a manufacturing industry.
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT OFFICER (HSE)
Responsibilities:
·         Should have sound knowledge of HSE – MS administration
·         Should have HSE knowledge in the area of regulations and application of codes of practice
·         Should have cognate experience in the management of HSE in a process industry
·         Should have sound knowledge of auditing, environment quality standards environmental laws, environmental regulations and permits processes
·         To have strong analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills, prudent, result oriented and a team player.
·         Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft words, excel and power point
Qualifications:
·         B.Sc. degree in (Science or Engineers) with a certificate or Diploma in safety management.
·         Must have 5 years working experience in a process industry.
