1.       Family Physician (Consultant) LHL/C/001
Requirements: MBBS from a recognized University fellowship of relevant medical postgraduate college
2.       Pediatrics/Consultant LHL/C/002
Requirements: MBBS from a recognized University fellowship of relevant medical postgraduate
College. Experience in Neo-natal intensive Care will be an added advantage
3.       O & G /Consultant /LHL/C/003
Requirements: MBBS fellowship FMOG FWACS or its equivalent. Experience or interest in Assisted Reproductive Technology will be an added advantage
4.       Pharmacist LHL/C/004
Requirements:  B.Pharm member of Pharmaceutical Society of Nig. Registered with PCN will be an added advantage 3 years experience
5.       Pharmacy Technician LHL/C/005
Requirements: Pharm. Tech. Must have a valid practicing license 3 years experience
6.       Laboratory Officers LHL/006
Requirements: MLS. Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiologist 2 years experience
7.       Registered Nurse/Midwife LHL/C/07
Requirements: RN/M 3 years experience BLS is an added advantage
8.       Registered Nurse LHL/C/008
Requirements: RN 2 years experience
9.       Chews LHL/C/009
Requirements: Diploma in community health 2 years experience
10.   Electro-Medical Technicians LHL/C/010
Requirements: 3 years experience in medical equipment repairs.
11.   Physiotherapist LHL/C/011
Requirements:  B.Pharm 3 years experience ability to startup a department and develop a structure to manage clients' needs
12.   Dieticians LHL/C/012
Requirements: B.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietitian 3 years experience
13.   Nurse Anesthetist LHL/C/013
Requirements: RN Post – basic training in Anesthesia, 2 years experience
14.   Radiographers LHL/C/0014
Requirements: B.Sc. Radiographer 2 years experience in CTMRI and or Ultrasound will be an added advantage
15.   Marketing/Brand Manager LHL/C/015
Requirements: MBA in marketing. Member of a professional marketing or PR body. Minimum of 4 years in a strategic marketing/brand communications positions knowledge of print and digital marketing communications tools and techniques strong communication and collaboration skills, strong commercial awareness and negotiating skills, IT awareness and skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe an advantage)
16.   Marketing Officers LHL/C/016
Requirements: B.Sc. HND and a member of a professionals Association will be an added advantage 3 years experience
17.   Public Relations Officer LHL/C/017
Requirements: B.Sc. HND and a member of professional Association will be an added advantage 3 years relevant experience
18.   Financial Accounting Role LHL/0018
Functional Competencies/Requirements:
-          Financial Strategy management
-          Financial Analysis Skills
-          Strong Financial and Management Accounting skills
-          Strong Computer literacy skills
-          In-depth understanding of accounting software
Educational Qualifications/Experience
-          Minimum of university degree or HND Accounting Finance (and or other recognized professional Accounting qualification ACCA or ACA)
-          Minimum of 5 years post professional qualification experience
-          Basic knowledge of Health Sector Accounting system would be an added advantage
19.   Financial Planning Role LHL/019
Functional Requirements/skills:
-          Practical and thorough understanding of the principles of Accounting & Financial Management
-          Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis
-          Good understanding of prevailing debt (both short term and long term) and investment instruments and portfolios
-          Basic experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans
-          Experience of managing teams with a range of capabilities
-          Good knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, financial instruments
-          Awareness about prevailing banking structures, systems and policy, economic and money market scenario narrating effect on the Health industry and business
Educational Qualifications/Experience:
-          Minimum of university degree or equivalent
-          Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a finance function
-          Possess and recognized professional accounting qualification
