General Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description
Reporting to the Group CEO, candidates for each position are expected to possess University Degrees with minimum of Second Class Lower Division or HND with minimum of Lower Credit.
Qualifications
Degree/HND in Estate Management, Building Technology, Construction Management or Civil Engineering with relevant professional certifications.
Each applicant is expected to possess not less than 8 years relevant experience.
Applicants should be God-fearing and be within the ages of 30 - 38. Given the nature of the organization, candidates are required to possess entrepreneurial, job ownership and team playing capabilities.
They must also be ICT literate.
Remuneration
The remuneration package attached to this position is competitive within the industry and will be commensurate with the qualifications and level of experience of each candidate
