Head, Business Continuity Risk Management

Job Purpose
  •  Resposible for the development and overall governance of Business Continuity Management System and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and ensuring that BCP is implemented, documented and tested throughout the group. The BCM Manager will work closely across the Group and with the business units to ensure BCP tests are scheduled in accordance with policy, ensure the scope of testing is sufficient, ensure relevant business stakeholders are engaged, that issues are formally documented and adequately remediated and that regional reporting is completed on a timely basis.
Key Performance Indicators


  • Effective Identification of BCM related risks and conduct business impact assessments across the group
  • Successful Development and implementation of business continuity strategies, plans, awareness and training programs 
  • Implement Risk Reporting on emergency preparedness and response, business continuity plan exercises, audit and maintenance

Experience
  • Minimum experience – 10 years working experience with a minimum of 4 - 6 years working experience in a specialist Business Continuity and/or IT resilience role.
  • BCI certified is advantageous, at least CBCI or DBCI.
