The Regional Director is responsible for business growth in the region.
Main responsibilities of the Regional Director:
• Achieve sales targets.
• Represent and promote Vestergaard within the various governments in the region.
• Identify, assess and develop relationships with key stakeholders and other entities of public health.
• Definition of goals and action plans.
• Being the commercial referent of the Region of West Africa.
• Responsible for recruitment, training, orientation and evaluation of staff in each country.
• Work with local research organizations and supervise the testing of new products.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
• Diploma in the field of public health related discipline is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years experience in sales and account management cles in the field of public health / pharmacy.
• Mastery of written and spoken English, French is required
