Customer Representative Officer
Responsibilities:
Prepare & maintain customer service summary reports
Co-ordinate the handling of product installation & maintenance for customers
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, maintenance of order/customer information files and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of OND in a relevant discipline
1-3 years relevant experience
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
