PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support the Sales executive to ensure that effective marketing strategies, supply chain and delivery terms are developed, achieved and maintained
Stock taking, sorting ,cleaning and packing of egg, chicken, beef and any other farm produce for delivery to clients in a creative, neat and safe manner
Report to work at 7.30am on weekdays and 9.00am on Saturdays and 11.00am on environmental Saturdays
Assist in pick-up of eggs, vegetables and other farm produce from farms or suppliers to designated delivery points
Assist in purchase of egg, chicken, beef, packaging material and any other item as requested by the reporting Supervisor
Resolves delivery and packaging issues with customers as the first line customer service officer in a professional and pleasant manner
Oversees delivery process from the pick-up point up to the point of delivery;
Assist in negotiating for competitive rate with clients and suppliers
Maintain a co-operative attitude with Farm driver, reporting Supervisor and other internal customers
Receiving, processing and monitoring client/customer orders and sales using telephone calls, SMS, emails and other media as approved by reporting Supervisor
Keep an updated record of daily sales, creditors and debtors in approved record entry; soft and hard copies
Submit a weekly report on sales and other inventory to Supervisor at the close of work on Mondays and Thursdays mornings
Clean and maintain a clean work station (including storage areas, packaging item and storage item) in a safe and hygienic manner
Ensure professional representation of the company and its policies through responsible driving, appearance and good customer relationship skills
Renders delivery assistance as requested by management of Freshly Yours Ltd
Must be passionate about healthy food
Must be able to work flexible hours
Ability to transmit information effectively i.e. in clear and detailed terms to customers
Relationship Management
Possession of inter-personal skills (Ability to interact effectively with people – all level of staff and customers )
Good customer service orientation (Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers).
Sound ethics and integrity.
Must be discernibly honest and of consistent upright character
REQUIREMENTS:
SSCE
OND or a tertiary education in view would be an advantage
Ability to drive would be an added advantage with the possession of a valid FRSC driver’s license as recognized by Vehicle Inspection Unit of Lagos State
