A reputable Mortgage Banking Institution with location in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Lagos, Eastern and Northern parts of Nigeria is seeking employment from suitably qualified candidates to fill the available positions in the organization in its bid to maintain quality service to customers.

A.      BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER: REF 001

-          B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing and related fields.

-          35-45 years of age

-          Minimum of 6 years working experience in a Financial Institution

-          Professional qualification will be an added advantage

-          The right candidate must be vast in credit analysis and packaging

-          Excellent communication skill (both written and oral)

-          Must possess leadership qualities

B.      BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER: REF 002

-          B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing and related fields.

-          25-40 years of age

-          Minimum of 4 years working experience in a Financial Institution preferably Mortgage Bank

-          Professional qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage

-          The right candidate must be vast in credit analysis and packaging

-          Must be a team builder

C.      TREASURY & INVESTMENT: REF 003

-          B.Sc. / HND in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, and Finance and related fields

-          35-45 years of age

-          4-8 years working experience in a Financial Institution preferably Treasury unit

-          The candidate must have an extra ordinary understanding of the market place

-          Must be  team builder

D.      BANKING OPERATIONS: REF 004

-          B.Sc. / HND in Banking & Finance, Accounting, and related fields.

-          30-45 years of age

-          Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Financial Institution

-          Professional qualification will be an added advantage - ICAN OR ACCA

-          Must be familiar with branch operations

-          Must have good knowledge of computer packages especially (MS Word, Excel and Peachtree

-          The right candidate must be able to communicate effectively, must be analytical

E.       PROJECT MANAGER: REF 005

-          B.Sc. / HND in Estate Management, Building Technology, Construction Engineering or related fields.

-          30-45 years of age

-          Minimum of 6 years working experience in Project Management

-          Professional qualification will be an added advantage - NIESV

-          The right candidate must be responsible for the day to day management of the properties as regards Mortgage.
