Mediplan Healthcare Ltd a Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) with its Head Office in Lagos invites applications from suitably qualified persons for full time employment in the following positions and locations

1. HEAD OF DEPARTMENT, MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Qualification: Masters degree in relevant disciplines (compulsory)

 Experience: Led sizeable team of at least 8 staff and 5 years post-NYSC experience in sales/marketing. Location: Lagos

2. MEDICAL MANAGERS (DOCTORS)

Qualification: MBBS, MABA (added advantage) Location: Lagos

3. STRATEGY PLANNING OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MANAGERS

Qualification: MBA required, ability to perform business process mapping (added advantage). Location: Lagos, Port Harcourt

4. MARKETING EXECUTIVES

Qualification: HND, B.Sc, B.A., Masters degree in relevant disciplines.

Location: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ibadan

5. CALL CENTRE AGENTS (MEDICAL EXECUTIVES –NURSES)

Qualification: B.Sc. N,RN              Location: Lagos

6. MEDICAL EXECUTIVES (NURSES)

Qualification: B.Sc. N,RN              Location: Lagos, Ibadan

Personal Characteristics/Skills desired

1.       Strong organizational skills

2.       Strong logical and analytical thinker

3.       Strong internal drive to deliver results

4.       Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail

5.       Strong written and verbal communication skills

6.       Ability to prepare and submit reports

7.       Good computer knowledge

HMO working experience will be an added advantage.
