GENERAL MANAGER (LEASING)

Our client is an Asset/Equipment Leasing Company and requires experienced and resourceful individual for the position of GENERAL MANAGER (LEASING).

The successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• A good Degree/HND from a recognized University or Polytechnic
• Possession of 2nd degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Not be more than 45 years of age

• Minimum of eight years experience in Asset/Equipment Leasing industry, three of which must be at senior level
• Good knowledge of the Industry

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing, processing and approving lease applications
- Sourcing for and managing clients (existing and new)
- General profitable management of the company’s operation


SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Good analytical and numerate skills
- Excellent communication, good interpersonal and strong leadership skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on target      
- Ability to create a performance driving culture
- Ability  to take creative initiative
- Proficiency in the use of computer
