Cardno Emerging Markets, Belgium is looking for candidates to work on technical assistance projects in Abuja, Nigeria.



Position: Technical Assistance




Applicants should meet the following requirements:

University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields, additional relevant professional qualification will be considered as an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
At least 5 years of professional experience in financial management or work as an economist.
At least 3 years experience outside Nigeria.
Good knowledge of EU financial and procurement regulations, procedures and project cycle management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in preparation implementation of tenders and contract management according to the EOF rules and procedures.
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural team and a dynamic environment.
