Vacancies: General Manager, Quantity Surveyor
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions in one of the foremost property development companies in Nigeria located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Position: General Manager
Qualification:
He will be responsible for achieving the target and objectives of the group businesses. Candidate will oversee projects in all the locations/sites.
Must possess good university degree in engineering and B.Sc or MBA.
He/She must have not less than 15 years working experience with 5 in very senior management position. Experience in the property development industry is essential as well as good communication, leadership, interpersonal relationship and project/management skills. Must be a member of relevant professional bodies.
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:
Our ideal candidate must possess B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveyors, with at least 5 years working experience in a structured environment and evidence of proficiency in construction surveys and membership of NIESV or other relevant professional body.
Candidates must possess good strength of character and the ability to work optimally in a challenging environment.
