Strong knowledge of documentation processes and working within budgetary allocation
Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently
Excellent administrative, supervisory and organisational skills
Leadership, Forecasting skills and Strong analytical skills
Good knowledge of computer (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Admin Operation Manager HR (Ref. No: MSC/GGNL – 007)
University Degree or Higher Degree preferable
Several years’ professional communications experience, including internal communications & its role in organisational & cultural change programme
Extensive administrative and secretarial experience, at senior management level
Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan pro-actively, attention to detail, efficient and reliable in following up multiple tasks.
3 years + HR administrative management experience. Commercially wired brain
Ability to hit budgets, manage expectations and understands all aspects of the HR lifecycle
