General Requirements
    Excellent time management and creative problem solving skills
    Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills
    Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
    Excellent listening and people skills
    Strong knowledge of documentation processes and working within budgetary allocation
    Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently
    Excellent administrative, supervisory and organisational skills
    Leadership, Forecasting skills and Strong analytical skills
    Good knowledge of computer (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

HR Training & Development (Ref. No: MSC/GGNL – 006)

    3-5 years proven experience of managing learning and development initiatives effectively.
    University degree or post graduate qualification in the Learning & Development field
    Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or relevant equivalent qualification
    Membership of professional body (e.g. CIPD/ITOL) and engaged in going CPD
    Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
    Experience in developing and implementing HR Training and development
    Policies
