Strong knowledge of documentation processes and working within budgetary allocation
Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently
Excellent administrative, supervisory and organisational skills
Leadership, Forecasting skills and Strong analytical skills
Good knowledge of computer (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Head of Food Production Centre/Manager
A minimum of HND or BSc in Hotel and catering/Food production management or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
At least 7 years relevant work experience in a bakery factory environment
Well experienced in the area of developing systems that ensure compliance with the highest service standards in all areas of operation, including sales/marketing, customer service, properly appearance, profit/financial control
Good knowledge of food and beverage related aspects of food service management.
