Person Specification
* Good first degree/HND in Economics, Banking & Finance or a related discipline
* MBA and/or any relevant professional qualification(s)
* Must possess 8-10years uninterrupted quality work experience, out of which at least 3-5years must be at senior management level in back office functions of a mortgage/commercial bank
* Good knowledge of credit packaging and products development
* Relevant knowledge and sound understanding of the mortgage market
* Possess strong interpersonal and people management skills as well as leadership competence and a motivator
