1. ARCHITECT (ARC / 010101)
Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience
Qualification:
HND / B.Arch. Postgraduate specialization will be an added advantage.
Essential Attributes:
Candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of Engineering and Architectural Software especially Autocard
Must be imaginative, self driven and be able to deliver within short notice.
2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QAS/01/01/02)
Minimum of 5 years experience.
Qualifications:
BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying
Key Accountabilities:
Manage and control cost of construction in the company through valuation, cost planning and cost benefit analysis. BQQ processing, Liasing with relevant government agencies. Knowledge and experience in estate and management will be added advantage as successful candidate is expected to source value and verify sites for Outlet’s locations as well as maintaining existing properties.
