The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) is the equity and debt exchange for Nigeria’s leading organizations. In existence since 1960, and with annual volumes of up to 4 billion security transactions, the NSE is transforming to increase the depth of Nigeria’s capital market and improve access to liquidity of listed organizations.


To provide leadership for its transformation program, the NSE is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced executives to be its future:

(A) Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
1. Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent
2. 10 years capital market or 15 years financial services experience required
3. A MBA degree would be an added advantage

(B) Executive Director, Market Operations and IT
1. B.Sc or equivalent in a Business/Information Technology related discipline
2. 10 years IT/Market Operations experience including a minimum of 6 years in senior management positions
