Employment Opportunities in a Fast-growing Church


Our church, an international fast growing, bible-believing Pentecostal church with headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos is embarking on a strategic structuring for a more effective impact. We seek to engage the best of hands in the following areas:

Communication Manager Ref: CC02

The Role

The role involves but not limited to the following:
  • ·         Be responsible for the management of the church’s communication required
  • ·         Manage the relationship between the Church and all its stake holders
  • ·      Upon professional assessment, select and deploy media of communication as appropriate for all church engagement
  • ·   Produce requisite communication organs including bulletins, handbills, posters, radio and television jingles/ messages, as well as such content as may be required for internet presence and social media
  • ·         Recommend strategic communication policies for approval of the senior pastor
  • ·     Manage all necessary liaisons with the Church’s stakeholders. He will supervise all protocol duties in the church
  • ·         Design communication programming that will boost Church vision/mission


The Requirement
  •        Hold a minimum of second class-lower degree from a first class university. (Evidence of post graduate studies will be of advantage)
  •          Must have practical mass communication for a minimum of two years
  •        Alternatively he must have been directly involved in managing public communication is an executive capacity for at least two years
  •       An excellent knowledge of the internet and social media is indispensable
  •       The candidate must have a flawless command of the English Language at oral or written levels
  •      He must be very personable and must be at home with “A” list personalities

Church Administrator Ref: CA03

The Role

  • ·         Manage all church procurements
  • ·         Manage all Church maintenance including church fleet, premises, power generating sets
  • ·         Manage security of persons and property to the church
  • ·         Oversee the ingress and egress  to the church
  • ·         Coordinate the scheduling and usage of all church facilities motor vehicles and other facilities
  • ·         Manage church staff: employment, development, promotion and discipline


The Requirement
  • ·         The candidate must hold a minimum of first degree from a leading university
  • ·         Evidence of higher degree studies or professional qualification will be highly advantageous
  • ·         He must be scrupulously well organized
  • ·         He must be able to juggle several assignments simultaneously
  • ·         A strategic thinker, he must proffer solutions to problems and hitches before they occur
  • ·         He would have spent a minimum of three years in the equivalent position in a well-organized establishment

  • Remuneration: terms and condition of employment are competitive, motivated and negotiable
