HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HMO1)

Qualifications

• A good University Degree
• Post Graduate qualifications in HRM is an added advantage
• Certificate & Professional membership in HRM (SPHR, HRBP, CIPM)
• Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience and 5 minimum years experience in HR field

HEAD, UNDERWRITING (HMO2)

Qualifications

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance or related field
• Post Graduate qualification is an added advantage
• Certificate & Professional Membership in Insurance (CIIN)
• Minimum 10 years post NYSC work experience and minimum 5 years experience in underwriting in an HMO

HEAD, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (HMO3)

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Post Graduate qualification is an added advantage
• Professional Certification (Microsoft Certified IT Professional, ITIL)
• Knowledge of database management systems, Statistical & Epidemiological tools such as SPSS
• Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience and minimum of 5 years in ICT support environment

MEDICAL MANAGER (ABUJA & SOUTH EAST) (HMO4)

Qualifications

• MBBS
• Post Graduate qualification is an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry and the Nigerian Healthcare System
• Minimum 5 years post NYSC experience in an HMO
