Position: Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Qualification and Experience:

Experience/Skills:

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Understanding of SQLite/SQL
Comfortable with Linux command line & version control (git, svn etc)
2-6 years experience
Java , SQLite/SQL
IntelliJ and Android Studio
Understanding of core OOP
Interfacing with Web Service SAOP Protocol, REST Protocol
Experienced working with remote data via REST and JSON

Position: Workshop Engineer

Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Workshop Engineer will provide an on-site technical repair and customer service function to automobile clients for the automobile division of the Conglomerate.

Responsibilities

Updating the status of rental assets and job reports on company asset tracking system
Taking responsibility for individual projects, and managing its associated budgets.
Working closely with vendors ensuring timely arrival of spare parts order / workshop stock.
To provide advice and feedback to customer(s) on the use of equipment or vehicles.
Ensuring delivery times are met.
To provide technical support following company procedures relating to the testing, maintenance and calibration of company rental equipment and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
The calibration and maintenance of test equipment (and even inspecting and test driving vehicles and checking for faults) ensuring all is in satisfactory working order at all times.
To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis.
Make sure there is a proper vehicle flow through the workshop.
Ensure the workshop loading is done effectively.
Updating maintenance & calibration schedules for rental & test equipment
Communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels to ensure satisfactory information transfer.
Supervision of designated workshop engineers; establishing and maintaining a high degree of discipline.
Training of new employees & Trainee Workshop Engineers.
Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.                      

Qualification and Experience:

Experience/ qualifications

Degree in Engineering AutomobileMechanical.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in handling workshop floor independently.

Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

To retain and increase the business of existing key accounts.
To meet and exceed  client goals and aspirations assigned to their travel programme
To act as the Ambassador of the Organization, developing meaningful, long lasting relationships
To highlight, document and demonstrate the value and benefit of a continual relationship with the Organization

Responsibilities

Establish and develop strong relationships with all internal personnel associated with portfolio of accounts (operations, finance, Marketing etc)
Keep abreast of any industry updates that will affect the customers and report such threats and opportunities to your superior
Ensure that all clients’ servicing is conducted in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct.
Ability to interrogate data, identifying trends and exceptions that can be reported through to the relevant client

Position: Trainer (Power Tools)

Responsibilities:

Overview: 

The objective of the Trainer is to enhance profound tool and application competence for customers and local Power Tool sales staff and thus increase sales in the Regional Sales Organization (RSO). Responsible for coordination of all training related activities in the RSO with several trainers in different Countries.



Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordination and concept of training documentation in local languages
Long term elaboration of a training concept for vocational schools with the countries
Initiation of product launch related activities together with Regional Brand Managers
Product and sales training for internal staff and of partners in assigned region
Development of a team of local sales trainers in A-countries (train the trainer approach) in order to take over local dealer and user trainings
Training coordination and qualification for external services (promoters, merchandisers and demonstrators)
Occasional user trainings for big end users
Elaboration of a region training concept for West Africa
Participation in central training in Germany
Organization, implementation and coordination of seminars / workshops and events for PT customers (dealer/users) within the RSO.

The candidate should be capable of understanding customer requirements and suggest proper solutions for the same and should be able to identify customers who would be buying organizations products.
 Good grasping & understanding skills.
 The candidate should have good negotiation skills and able to close the deals in organizations favour.
