To qualify the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience preferably in a similar organisation.  He/she must show a clear understanding of HR management and must have the following skills;

Very good interpersonal skills

Very good organisational skills

Ability to multi-task

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong analytical skills
