Tony Emumelu Foundation recruiting CEO

The Tony Elumelu Foundation is funded focused on supporting entrepreneurs in Africa by enhancing the competitiveness of the African private sector philanthropic organization . Centum Learning Africa is a company that offers programs from end to end training solutions and skill development to improve business productivity and improving the employability of young people .

We hereby seek to engage the services of a suitably qualified to be the chief pioneer of management person .


CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

POSITION SUMMARY
The CEO will be primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation and strategic direction of the company , and the management of all operations in Nigeria , and the outcome of the meeting , revenue ,    cash flow , the impact social and quality objectives .

The successful candidate will be a strong focus on results; enjoy the challenge to complete one of the national priorities of Nigeria (fight against youth unemployment ), be comfortable in a team environment and an entrepreneurial environment , provide a framework for projects and ideas , seek and provide support of key stakeholders , and be a deliberate leader.

FUNCTIONS CEO include, but WITHOUT LIMITATION :
Responsibility for income, growth , profits, social impact, and quality
Provide new customers / companies with an aggressive approach targeting the BD private , social and public sectors
Develop and evolve existing customers through relationship building and mining account
Build alliances / networks for the acquisition of the business and content
Develop a work in progress platform skills recruitment targeting unemployed at the base of the pyramid
Managing the day to day operations through regular reviews , comments and checks on the floor
Construction products / solutions that can be sold on the market learning
Develop a strong team to drive capacity growth and future

REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Management Studies
At least 15 years work experience , with 10 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience Business Development B2B
Successfully worked with the private and public sector in Nigeria
Possess strong analytical , management and strategic skills
Excellent communication skills – oral and Business – Jurisdiction. Fluency in oral and written English required.

Remuneration will be competitive within the industry Training and Development .
