We are a Reputable Company in the Real Estate Sector of the Economy and due to expansion, require to fill the following positions:
Position: General Manager
• Must possess a Degree in Business Administration or Estate Management from a Reputable University with a minimum of 8 years experience in a management position
• An MBA will be an advantage. This position is for a self starter with excellent Marketing skills who will be required to drive the Business.
Position: Estate Surveyor
• Must be a Minimum of First Degree with at least 2 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. A self starter with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Position: Facility Supervisor
• Must possess a Minimum HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with of 2 – 3 years Experience as a Facilities/Estate Supervisor
• Must be skilled in periodic Testing/Inspection water Treatment Systems. Generator Plants, Fire Protection Systems etc.
Remuneration for the advertised positions is highly competitive for the right candidates.
