Job Title: Female Outlet Manager

Job Summary:
The role is responsible for effectively supervising staff and running the outlet at a profit.
Responsibilities:
Organise and supervise all the daily activities of the outlet;
Oversee the inventory of the outlet and accordingly place replenishment orders;
Maintain control policies and procedures within the outlet;
Strategize and plan the achievement of the organisational goals and objectives;
Plan together with the business operations manager events and promotional campaigns for boosting sales;
Evaluate and survey the market and incorporate new ideas and plans into the outlet;
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to outlet staff;
Manage, coach and motivate staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining customer service standards;
Prepare and manage outlet budgets;
Sell to customers;
Dress mannequin;
Respond to customer complaint and comments promptly;
Analyse and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what competitors are doing;
Report sales of slow moving inventory to the business operations manager and together with the team (other outlet managers) develop appropriate sales strategy to reduce inventory;
Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the outlet can compete effectively in its environment.
Educational Requirements & Experience:
Graduate degree in Sales or related field;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail industry;
Experience leading teams with honesty and integrity in a fast paced service environment;
Demonstrated clear ability in sales development and managing for profit.
Required Skills/Competences
Leadership skills;
Customer service skills;
Relationship Management;
Should be numerate and financially aware as well as literate;
Excellent communication, verbally and written;
Passion for fashion or kids;
Awareness of trends and issues surrounding the industry;
Report writing skills;
Problem solving skills;
Basic bookkeeping ability.
