A Leading International Oil and Gas based in Nigeria is inviting suitable candidates to apply for the under-listed positions that exist in her clients organisation

Position: OIMR Vessel Company Representative
Scope of Service include but not limited to the following:

    * Organize day to day work on the vessel in coordination with the Contractor Vessel Site Representative
    * Follow the progress of the work performed from the vessel and perform schedule monitoring along with the progress
    * Evaluate technical and work execution issues on the vessel with Contractor and contribute to their resolution at the vessel level whenever possible
    * Enforce sufficient reporting process for the activities performed on and from the vessel to allow decision making process to be done at the appropriate level
    * Report any issue to Lead installation Engineer/Offshore Operation Supervisor and maintain regular and efficient information to him
    * Act as RSESD (Responsible Safety and Environment on Site Delegate) on the Deep Water field reporting in particular to the Field RSES
    * Offshore Site Representative will act as RSES (Delegate) and get involved in permit to work System as required by HSE Company rules, in particular during SIMOPS on the installation SITE



Requirements:

Chartered Engineer with minimum of 8 years experience with good experience in subset Completions and Installations):

    * Sound background in Oil and Gas industry as an installation specialist
    * Particular experience of Sub-sea system and of simultaneous operations in Oil Production environment
    * Good ability in reporting and electronic files handling.





Position:     Document Controller

Scope of Service include but not limited to the following:

    * Maintain and administer PRODOM Software
    * Establish archive of pre-project documents, (preliminary, conceptual and pre-project studies)
    * Management of technical documents during Basic Engineering phase, including management of the document register, receipt and transmittal of documents, and follow up of comments on documents.
    * Develop and manage the Project Documentation, including the procedures, statistics and appropriate archiving such that all relevant documentation produced during the project life can be readily and efficiently recorded, distributed, tracked and retrieved at all times.
    * Ensure that the Operations EDMS is implemented and populated property (set-up of the values, functional tests of the database, mass import of the data)



Requirements:

    * Management of technical and correspondence documents during Operations phase
    * Ensure proper deployment of the Operations PRODOM Database to Onshore and Offshore entities
    * Organize Technical Support of the PRODOM Database to end users
    * Good Practice of Microsoft Access and Excel
    * Extensive knowledge in SAP usage
    * Practice of DOCUMENTUM
    * 8-10 years experience in oil and gas projects.
