Lafarge Wapco, is a multinational and leading player in the building industry. We are looking for experienced t intelligent and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Job Title: TECHNICAL TRAINING OFFICER (HRO003)
Objective:

• To report to the Learning and Development Manager and be responsible for the implementation of the technical training plan

• Provide support in conducting technical competency assessments and monthly reporting
Responsibilities

• Preparation of training logistics

• Reconciliations with the Industrial Training Fund
Candidate’s Profile


• B.Sc or HND in any Engineering or Social Science discipline

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in an FMCG company

• Good organisational skills

• Good oral and written communication

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Attention to detail

• Not more than 30 years old
