JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES MANAGERS (FSM001)
Objectives:
To report to the Regional Sales Manager and have the main responsibility of planning, organising and controlling sales activities to achieve given sales volume and price targets
Responsibilities
• Estimate and forecast demand and its segmentation
• Customer relationship management
• Coordinate collection of payments and timely delivery of product in good condition
• Provision of structured information and regular reporting
Candidate’s Profile
• B.Sc or HND Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any Social Science discipline from a reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferably in the FMCG sector
• Good communication skills
• Analytical
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good leadership and teamworking skills
• Attention to detail
• Result-oriented
• Not more than 32 years old
