Job Title 1: SENIOR MANAGER, LEGAL

Department: LEGAL

Status: Permanent
Overall purpose

Providing legal support and advice to the management of the company as well as preparing and perfecting investment instruments, real estate, tenancy and property title documents as well as other legal documents.

He/she will be responsible for all Legal issues relating to the large property portfolio of the company and

for negotiating contracts, leases, agreements and other settlements etc.

Knowledge / Skills

Practical knowledge of litigation and arbitration as well as real estate processes and procedures.

Excellent drafting skills.

Ability to interface with regulatory agencies.

Excellent interpersonal, public relations and communications skills.

Good negotiation skills.
Qualifications / Experience


LLB, BL (2nd Class Upper).

Post graduate degree or relevant professional qualifications will be added advantage.

Not less than twelve (12) years cognate experience.

Job Title 2: SENIOR MANAGER, HR BUSINESS PARTNERING

Overall purpose


Leads the development and positioning of HR business partnering across the Group, ensuring that HR Service Support Managers meet their strategic objectives and that it provides high quality professional advice on the full range of people issues.
Job description / Responsibilities

He/she will lead and manage the HR business teams in the Group ensuring that the teams provide professional HR

advice and support services that meet the needs of clients managers.

Will ensure the provision of professional support and shall collaborate with other team managers on a range of HR operational matters including recruitment, managing organisational change, performance management, discipline,

grievances, employee relations and HR issues.

Assist the Director, HR & A in the direction of the service, assess the impact of managing change as well as initiate and direct strategies to develop the service and address challenges and opportunities arising from such policy.

Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices as well as


provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimise risk.

Director, Human Resources and Administration
Knowledge / Skills

Broad HR specialist experience in Learning, Performance Management, Recruitment, Reward and Organisational Development.
Qualifications / Experience

BA/B.Sc in a Behaviourial Science with membership of CIPM.

A Masters degree, preferably in Personnel/Management/ Industrial Relations.

12 years HR generalist experience, 4 years working at a Senior Management level in an organisation providing professional advice to a range of stakeholders.

Job Title 3: SENIOR MANAGER, LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Department: HUMAN RESOURCES

Status: Permanent
Overall purpose

Understand the business and learning environment of the company to identify core learning and talent

development needs and context
Job description / Responsibilities


Be a strategic L&D to business unit leadership to help uncover/assess their training needs as well as

provide strategic advise to address learning needs and enhance learning programmes suited to business

needs.

Liaise with other functional/departmental line managers to understand all necessary aspects of staff training needs and ensure that they are fully informed of training and development plans and objectives.
Report to

Director, Human Resources and Administration
Qualifications / Experience

BA/B.Sc in Arts or any Social Science related discipline.


A related Masters degree.

Professional qualifications and membership of CIPM.

Minimum of 12 years work experience, preferably in the Human Resources with at least 5 years of management experience within the learning and development function.

Training accreditations is strongly preferred.

Prior experience in needs analysis, design, development and delivery of blended learning activities.

Experience in developing and managing relationships with external consultants.
