ACCOUNTABILITIES
"Develops quality and performance metrics for carrying out Microsoft technology solution deployment. .Leads team to carry’s out Core infrastructure optimization (based on Microsoft Windows Server, Forefront & System Centre families of products) and Business Process Infrastructure Optimization (based on Microsoft Office Share Point, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft office families of products) deployments. .
Establish and implement short- and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures . Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback . Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with Allied Soft initiatives, processes and methodology . Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization . Develop and manage client relationships, project plans and resources . Implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, ensure deliverables are on-time and within budget, increase efficiency, resolve issues and achieve cost savings for Allied Soft and our clients . Conduct sales and training presentations for clients "


REQUIREMENTS
