A leading telecoms engineering services company is seeking to employ a suitable candidate for the position of Human Resources/Administrative Manager.
JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
The successful candidate will be expected to plan, direct, and coordinate human resource/administrative
management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will among others:
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies
- Evaluate and modify benefits policies to establish competitive programs and to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyze compensation policies , government regulations, and programs and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan
- Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices and recommend changes to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in social sciences , Management or Business Administration
- An MBA/MSC in Human Resources Management may be an added advantage
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in Human Resources/Admin Management
- Should not be older than 38 years old
