Job Description
- Assisting in recruitment, training and development of staffs
- Instilling disciplines in staffs
- Monitoring staff's attendance on daily basis.
- Providing support to supervisors and staff to develop the required skills and capabilities for jobs.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance activities
- Performing other related duties as required.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or any Social Science disciplines.
- Student Registered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is an added advantage.
- Must have at least 4 years cognate experience
- Must be trustworthy, transparent and honest.
