The Day to Day
Researches the client’s needs and works with Sales by developing meaningful questions to extract the necessary client information, analyzes the client’s needs and benefit plan designs in order to provide meaningful benefit solutions
Creates proposals, which includes coordination of requests from carriers, complex computing and analysis, and detailed document preparation. Collects, organizes and analyzes data, in support of existing business and proposal development
Completes special projects and other duties as assigned
Escalates issues/concerns to management
The ideal candidate will be someone who has the ability speak and write properly, who has a sense
of dressing, who understands process to an extent. Someone who can
write proposals and follow up on Clients
