Hotel Catering unit of IITA functions as a Hospitality service proving unit under corporate support services. This Unit is responsible for meeting all the hospitality needs of the Institute and the campus residents at Ibadan. Its aims to offer pleasant, comfortable accommodation (at International House Ibadan and Ikeja Guest House, Lagos), provide safe food & beverages through its service centers, and while ensuring international standards at a competitive cost. The unit is responsible to serve over 2000 healthy meal staff members of IITA & official visitors, guests every day.
IITA invites expression of interest (EOI) from interested persons, small, medium and corporate enterprises that can create and deliver value t the Unit and are regulatory compliant, technically and financially competent to be prequalified as a registered supplier/service provider for the supplies/provisions of goods and services listed below:
A. Goods: Bakery, Beef, Fish, Poultry, Cereals, Biscuits, Spirits, Wines, Beverages, Soft Drinks & Waters, Diary Products, Vegetables (Fresh & Canned), Fruits (Fresh & Canned), Flour, Toiletries & Cleaning items, Linen Cutlery, Grocery items, Milk products, Sauces, pork products, Miscellaneous and other Hotel Supplies
B. Services: Repairs, Servicing and Maintenance of Hotel Catering Equipment, Cultural Group, DJs & Children Entertainers, Fumigation/pest control, Rental Services for Chair/Tables/Canopies and DSTV service provider.
REQUIREMENTS:
Companies/persons with interest to participate in the exercise are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) with the following mandatory requirements:
• Companies’ Name, Postal and Physical location addresses
• Phone number, fax numbers and email addresses
• Name and title of contact person
• Verifiable evidence of experience and reputation in the supply of relevant products and services
• Certificate of incorporations or Registration with CAC
• VAT Registration certificate where applicable
• Valid Income/personal Income Tax Clearance certificate for years 2013 and 2014
• Minimum of three (3) Reputable Organizations as Referees
• Letter of Confirmation from your Bank.
