1. Production Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage the production processes to ensure the production of high quality products. These include health and safety, environment issues and production efficiency. You will develop and implement operational procedures ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures and safety standards. You will minimize wastages, ensure proper maintenance of the machines to avoid breakdowns and maintain discipline amongst staff. You will build, develop and motivate an effective team by providing good leadership and guidance to achieve production targets
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering, you must have a minimum of 5 years production management experience. A good knowledge of operating the extruding and thermoforming machines is required for this position. You must be cost-effective and proactive. You must have demonstrable ability to analyze production processes to determine profitable products. You must be energetic with proven ability to communicate at all levels. You must be quality conscious and committed to delivering excellent standards with ability to pay attention to details. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and motivated skills
2. Marketing Manager
Reporting to and supporting the Managing Director on future strategic development you will play a pivotal role in business development. You will generate new businesses, maintain good customer relationship as well as exploit existing opportunities. You will develop a sales and marketing strategy that will identify and open up new channels. You will maximize sales across the product portfolio. Of equal importance, you will lead, coordinate and implement the full marketing mix though market research and analysis.
