FANFILED Global Recources Ltd into supplies of Oil products and equipment services to corporate organizations, individual and general public. We work in close association with our clients to achieve optimum efficiency and profitability in services. We have acquired a considerable amount of expertise, material storage and tank construction & maintenance (Installation of Monitoring Device to detect oil theft) through our managements with almost three years’ experience. Our continued growth has been based on repeated business from satisfied clients.

Our personnel work within the clients/Customers on promptness and timing. FANFILED was borne out the present country demand for oil and gas products with intention to deliver these products to end users and dealers in the country. With the commencement of business from our state of operation which is Lagos Metropolis, we are aiming to expand our coverage area within the shortest period of time.

Job Title:
HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:
•To work with the Expatriate HR Manager to deliver the HR direction across the business
•To help build internal and external talent pipelines to recruit high caliber talent (includes managing end to end recruitment process and employee induction)
•To assist in identifying personal development and training needs through a talent management and succession
•To help planning process, includes conducting learning needs analysis and ensure all employees have the requisite skills
•To oversee the payroll operations to ensure they are accurate and on time
•To ensure regular compensation and remuneration reviews to ensure internal consistency and parity with the external market.
•To have the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and deal with ambiguity in an environment with competing priorities is important; as is an appropriate sense of urgency with an ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints.
•To assist with the partnering with management team to create high performing teams with a culture of accountability
•To conduct investigations and disciplinary meetings where and when necessary
•To ensure confidentiality of HR-related information
•To Assist and/or manage ad hoc projects and duties when required

Qualifications/Requirements: 
•Minimum of Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development, plus masters degree in management/Social Science is essential
•Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience with 3 years leadership experience in human Resource functions in a large conglomerate
•HR experience in a manufacturing firm will be preferred.
•Strong project management, prioritization and planning skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication (written/verbal)
•You will need to be willing to do what it takes to get the job done, have a strong systems thinking perspective and have creative problem solving and analytical skills
•You need to be able to be versatile and flexible in a dynamic business environment.
•Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Retention and effective management and development processes
•Build a high performing organization through state-of-the-art HR processes and initiatives
•Excellent computer skills especially in Ms Office
•Build a culture of excellence and performance orientation through change management initiatives
•Effective management of Employee Relations
•The role holder will be responsible for the development, execution and effectiveness as well as compliance with internal policies.
 •Extensive knowledge of industrial relations, employment law and practices
 •Experience in liaising with government agencies
 •Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other human resources processes
