A reputable Real Estate Development Company due to business growth and expansion seeks to recruit qualified and result-oriented professionals to fill the position of SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Position:  SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

THE JOB:
Involves the following responsibilities but not limited to:

• Managing and supervismg the day-to-day construction activities of the company
• Liaising with relevant government authorities and agencies
• Motivating teams to achieve set targets
• Designing time frame for project implementation
• Collation of materials and valuation of project cost

Requirements:

• The candidate for this post must possess BSc (2:2) or HND (Upper credit) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Building Technology with at least 10 years working experience in the construction industry.
• Proof of practical experience as construction manager for at least 10 building projects
• Must have strong communication, management and supervisory skills as well as inventory management skills.
• Professional membership of relevant association will be an added advantage
• Sound industry knowledge of and proven track record performance in real estate development
• Forward thinking, creative and looking for challenges and must have personal integrity
