Job Title: Quality Assurance / Administrative Officer

Responsibilities
Managing manufacturing of garments and put quality control procedures in place.
Devising good promotional plans and marketing strategies to establish a strong customer base and to effectively develop new prospects in particular target markets.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of stores and developing profitable performance by motivating staff.
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products and services.
Performing sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Managing Director.
Maximising sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- HND in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
- 1-2 years' working experience.
- 23 - 30 years old.
- Previous experience in Fashion Retail & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Ready to resume soonest.
- Ability to use own initiative in managing tasks.
- Have good communication, inter-personal and organisational skills
- Be enthusiastic
- Have good numeracy and IT skills.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results.
- Must have knowledge of fashion trends that drives the market
- Fashion oriented individual with good leadership and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Sound business Sense.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management Skills.
- Grade/Salary Range: N25,000 - 35,000 depending on experience plus performance related bonus.
