Position: BMW MASTER TECHNICIAN

Coscharis motors is seeking two experienced, driven, High line BMW Master Technician to manage a Team of BMW Technicians in our dealership group.  This team specializes

in BMW passenger cars and SUVs.  The candidates will be responsible for managing the technical expertise, work flow,customer satisfaction, and coordinating production with our BMW Service Manager and the brand General Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead a team of BMW technicians in routine inspections and maintenance on all BMW/ Rolls Royce models
• Train and motivate all BMW technicians groupwide in best BMW shop floor technician practices and customer service approach
• Full automotive troubleshooting and testing. Vehicle system diagnostics and repairs

Continuously expanding your knowledge for new technologies and practice

Coscharis Motors already has an internationally diverse retinue of technical and management team in the BMW family comprsing of Spanish, Greek, Georgian, Ghanian and Indian workers

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or Secondary School certificate or equivalent
• Formal Technical school or Institute training is a definite advantage
• BMW and/or other German Automobile certifications and training
