Simeon's Pivot Resources is a Human Resource and Management Consulting Company in Lagos Nigeria with a focus on Performance Improvement that also serves as a Recruitment Agency, is deploying Recruitment Services for her client in a Marketing and Distribution Industry. Vacancy exists for the role of a Marketing Manager.

Our Client, a Marketing and Distribution Company of various Skin Care/Beauty Products situated at Lekki requires the services of a competent and passionate individual who has marketing experience in Skin Care/ Beauty Products and can work effectively in developing
marketing strategies for the company.

We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos


Job Description
It includes but is not limited to the following:

• To manage the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company.
• Must be able to formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities so as to influence customers to choose the organization's products.
• To develop marketing strategies that will promote the company’s products to its target market with an aim of increasing its sales volumes and maintaining a competitive edge.
• To conduct marketing research which will enables the company to identify new market opportunities and to help create a market niche for its products.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• Managing the production of promotional material
• Liaising with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
• Producing reports to monitor results
• Presenting findings and suggestions to company director
• Supporting and managing a marketing team.
• Develop online and offline marketing activities

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing or in a related field.
• M.Sc qualification will also be an added advantage.
• Experience: at least 4 years.
• Gender: Female.

Remuneration

• N120,000 - N150,000.
