Job Description:

The successful candidates for this position are to be trained as potential Managers of all our retail outlets and will be exposed to all the aspects of our operations during the duration of their training to give them adequate foundation which will enable them realize their potentials within the organization.

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

Trainee Managers must have at least a first degree or HND and 1 year experience in a Managerial/ Supervisory role.

Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customer complaints

Must be willing and able to be trained and work in both the Food Service and Customer Service Teams of the organization.

Excellent communication skills.

Must have competent computer skills

Be able to motivate, delegate and co-ordinate.

Writing to work shift with an energetic approach.
