Michael Stevens Consulting - Our client a twenty first century group of companies with varying deeply vested interests in key economic sector in Nigeria and China seeks to fill the role: Design and Production Manager for its furniture subsidiary to ensure the efficient utilization of machinery, manpower and materials in line with established production goals, objectives and targets.

Production Manager

Key Skills and Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of production, budget development and management.
• Knowledge of plant operations and quality standards.
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good leadership and team building skills.
• Project and Change management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Job Specification / Requirements

• First degree or HND in Chemical Production Engineering.
• Membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in a high production-related environment, some of which must be in a Tomato paste manufacturing Company.

Design and Production Manager
