Due to expansion, a state of the art packaging company has exciting employment opportunities for suitably qualified Nigerians for its factory located in Aba, Abia State.

REF: GIL 001 TECHNICAL TRAINEES

Candidates for this position must have minimum of 1^st degree, 2^nd class upper or HND, Upper credit in Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical Engineering and not older than 28 years on their next birthday. Minimum of 1 year experience is required for this position.

 

REF: GIL 002 GENERATOR TECHNICIANS

The successful candidate should have B.Eng. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and minimum of 3 years experience in similar role is required. Excellent knowledge of Troubleshooting and maintenance of gas (Jenbacher) and diesel generators is required.

 

REF: GIL 003 WASHER TECHNICIANS

The preferred candidates must have first degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry and minimum of 3years experience in handling chemicals in production process. Knowledge of basic maintenance of pumps and belts are required for this position.

 

REF: GIL 004 LUBRICATION TECHNICIAN

The successful candidate should have OND in Mechanical Engineering and 3 years practical machine maintenance and lubrication experience.

 

REL: GIL 005 WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS MANAGER

The right candidate for this position will be degree qualified in Accounting, Warehouse Management Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar capacity. He/she must be proficient in ERP software usage preferably SAP and possess relevant professional qualifications/affiliations. Excellent team spirit and leadership abilities.

 

REF: GIL 006 FORKLIFT OPERATORS

 The successful candidates must have minimum of SSCE or its equivalent and a valid drivers licence are required. Minimum of 4 years experience on the same role is required.

 

REF: GIL 007 HSE OFFICER

The successful candidate should have a first degree in Engineering or Sciences with 7 years work experience on the same role in a reputable manufacturing environment. A relevant professional qualification is an advantage. Ability to design and implement HSE policies and procedures is required. The job holder must possess drive and strong willed in order to achieve the needed success in this role.
