VACANCIES AT A NON BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

Our client is a leading non-bank financial institution. The company provides investment services in stock-broking, leasing trade financing, and portfolio management, amongst others. 1.         Treasurer
           
Reporting to the CEO, you will maximize the business performance of the company. You will generate new businesses and maintain strong client relationship. You will serve as client investor and develop investment programs and portfolio for clients. You must have a good first degree with a minimum of 10 year experience in treasury management in the financial sector. You have a good understanding of different investment markets and products. In addition, you must have strong entrepreneurial and management skills
 
2.         Treasury Officer
           
Reporting the Treasurer, you will assist the Treasurer to maximize the business performance of the company. You will generate new businesses and maintain strong client relationship. You will serve as client's investor advisor and develop investment programs and portfolio for clients. You must have a good first degree with a minimum of 2 year marketing finance related products. You must have a good understanding of different investment markets and products.
 
 
3.         Head of IT
           
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the information technology of the company. You will maintain computer hardware, software and networks. You will train users recommendations about future planning good development of resources. You will provide these services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources. A degree-holder with relevant certifications you must have a minimum of 10 years similar experience. You must have demonstrable ability to install and administer computer hardware, software networks.
 
4.         Accountant
           
Reporting to the Head of finance and accountant, you will provide support in finance and accounting functions. You will assist in maintaining the books of accounts of the company and prepare financial statements and generate other operating reports. Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 2 years similar experience or in auditing. An ACA will be an added advantage. You must be proficient in any accounting software
 
5.         Estate Officer
           
Reporting to the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for, and fully conversant with, the techniques and standards of building constriction, maintenance and repair using labour, materials and contractors in the most efficient and economic manner. You will assist the estate manager with building and grounds maintenance, minor works project, valuation, sales, project management and supporting general estate management. A graduate of estate management, you have a minimum of 2 years similar experience with project management skills.
